- This is a job at the management and operation department in an office building where many Japanese companies live.

- The workplace has a calm atmosphere with a women who has worked for more than 20 years.

- They are looking for candidate who can work in cooperation with the surroundings.

- Schedule management of directors.

- Updating / changing of contract contents.

- Planning and management of events in buildings.

- Customer reception desk.

- Market research.

- Compliance management.

- Handover and request to each department.

- Report progress of tasks for Director.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Who has Japanese Language skill over N2 level(especially conversation skill).

- Who likes communication with customer.

- Who has hospitality mind.

- Who has work experience with Japanese or who was belong to japanese company.

- Who can working under pressure.

*Preferable:

- Who want to acquire knowledge and experience, engaged in a wide range of tasks

- Who has experience in service industry.
