PR Assistant (Local Film Market)

Working Location: HCM

Description:

- Assists PR executive, marketing team in planning, coordinating and executing public relations activities, events to promote new movies and CGV’s image;

- Assistant PR executive in coordinate with print, online, TV, Radio press to have good PR coverage;

- Assist with design, production, editing, delivery and payment of invitation, clips, images and other marketing or PR material if needed;

- Assists with writing and distributing new press release, information for movie or any event that is held by CGV;

- Assist to update print, online, TV, Radio press with new movie schedule, movie information, movie image, trailer and other related clips;

- Collect and clip all PR coverage from Print, Online, Radio, and TV to make PR report for each PR campaign on daily basis;

- Work closely with marketing team, event helper to ensure the best efficiency of the PR program and event;

- Support marketing team to create and implement marketing plans to achieve target box office of each movie;

- Follow-up on cinema promotion actions on a cycle basis;

- Control merchandise promotion in cinema and newspaper, online, TV...;

- Together with Marketing Manager and marketing team to plan and manage the events for new movies;

- Work with marketing team to come up with effective event concept that meets movie marketing guidelines.

Requirement:

- University/ College graduated;

- Experience in PR/advertising/ Promotion role or adequate experience within 2 years;

- Good at Office computer skills;

- Good at press release writing;

- Good at English;

- Able to work under high pressure and work overtime.
