Mô Tả Công Việc

Set-up and manage sale activities, events with the annual sales plan to achieve budget and sales strategy for Mandala Hotel & Spa;

- Participate in the recuitment, trainnning and direct management of sales staffs;

- Managing and being responsible for all monthly sale activities and developements;

- Research and analyze information about competitors: competitors analysis, monitoring competitor’s marketing programs.

- Setting and managing CRM and customer database efficiently.

- Details will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, business administration, commerce, economics, pr, marketing, tourism....

- Must have at least 03 years of working experience in sales for hotel industry, or tourism companies;

- Must have strong skills at communication, negotiation, and pursuasion with clients;

- Must have good analysis skill, especially when dealing with customers;

- Must be creative, strategic, professional, honest, and detail-focused.

- Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet/exceed set goals. - Fluent English; preferable Korean, Japanese.
