Mô Tả Công Việc

- Japanese customer service (telephone, Email correspondence, etc.).

- Handling Domestic and Inbound Tour Operations, hotel bookings & checking & negotiation rates with hotels and other vendors.

- Dealing with transporters and handling agents,issuing vouchers.

- Greeting and gathering customers.

- Arranging visit schedule for each day.

- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.

- Support problems of customer.

- Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Fluent in Japanese (especially speaking).

- Working experience in Travel industry (Prefer).

- Have communication and presentation skill.

- Customer service skills.

- Organizational skills.

- PC skills.

- Enthusiastic, sociable, thoughtful
