Established in 2003, PAPVN has two factories at two locations now: Refrigerator Factory at Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh, Hanoi. Washing Machine Factory and R&D Center at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen.

Mô Tả Công Việc

- Control order quantity & delivery plan and negotiate with suppliers.

- Co-work with Warehouse to feedback of delivery problem and claim to suppliers.

- Co-work with PSI team to adjust order quantity or delivery plan.

- Control material and part: check shipping documents, import customs clearance...

- Co-work with Forwarder for customs procedure.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University graduate.

- At least 1 year of experience in delivery control in a manufacturing company

- Fresher would be accepted for temporary position.

- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.

- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Control material cost and implements Cost Reduction (CR) activities:

- Get quotation, make analysis and get approval from BOD.

- Find potential suppliers to achieve the target price and.

- Localize imported parts in order to reduce material cost.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University graduate.

- REQUIRE JAPANESE N3 UP.

- Basic skills in English.

- At least 1 year experience in Cost Control in a manufacturing company.

- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
