A. Human Resources Officer
1. Recruitment
- Coordinate closely with Recruitment team to recruit teachers.
- Ensure candidates meet company’s requirements.
- Conduct induction for new teachers.
2. Compensation & benefits for teachers
- Process monthly payrolls, medical insurance and realize company’s policies on compensation and benefits for Vietnamese and expatriate teachers in HCMC.
- Follow up and summarize the result of performance review from Academic Managers.
- Prepare contract/agreement, personnel amendment or termination notice for expat teachers.
3. HR Administration works
- Keep teacher database in filing, both hard copy and soft copy.
- Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DOET, DOLISA, Immigration Department, etc.).
- Process work permit applications and extend visa for teachers in HCMC as required.
- Coordinate in organizing staff activities/ functions.
4. Provide HR support and advice to teacher in matters relating to C&B, visa/work permit application, personal income tax, company policies & procedures.
5. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
B. Educational Consultant (HCM/HN)
Efficient & high quality implementation of sales and customer care at the centre.
- ECs are responsible for sales of an area given by CMs and for customer care to all internal and external customers.
Reporting
- At all time ECs should know and be able to report on all aspects of the responsible areas related to sales and customer service efficient and high quality operations.
Communication
- Communicate well with other ECs and staff from other departments in the centre including teachers, EFL admin staff, tea ladies, security guards and etc.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Apollo’s Centre- Operations in line with the strategic goals of their centre(s) and the organization.
Centre and Customer Relations (CR) Support
- Supporting the overall operation of your centre and the activities of the CRdepartment.
Other duties assigned by the Centre Manager.
C. Admin Officer (HCM)
1. Scheduling
- Synthesize the detailed schedule to make general schedule
- Allocate teaching hours in order of priority as follows:
- Arrange teachers for classes and activities when requested
- Record / update all daily changes of classes / teacher’s situation and update to Educational Consultants with solutions
- Prepare teacher’s monthly timesheet and other reports as required
- Maintain a profile of all teaching staff specifically understanding teaching capabilities.
- Create and update the classroom schedule
2. EFL Supporting Tasks
- Test schedule
- Test pack preparation
- Teacher’s and EFL Material
3. TA Supervision
- Scheduling TAs’ schedule and checking their timesheet exactly.
- TA training
4. Administration Tasks
Performing administrative duties to support the operations of the office
