Mô Tả Công Việc:

- Operate & take care of releasing new products/updates.

- Write document for releasing new products/updates, changelog, tutorials, faqs...to support customer for using product.

- Proofread English text in products.

- Dealing with customers’s problems and complaints.

- Provide updates and CS reports as required by supervisor.

- Attend to all incoming calls and direct as necessary.

- Customer record filing.

- Other Customer Service concerns as required by supervisor or country leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Qualifications

- Fluent in English, especially writing skill. Best if your major study was English.

- Quick learning skills. Familiar with the Internet & Web services. Able to use Web tools or

- Learn new technology quickly.

- Proactive & responsible.

- Perform tasks quickly but accurately. Careful & focus on details.

- Experience in WordPress is a huge plus.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Hard skills:

- Advanced skill of Photoshop, Illustrator. Hand drawing and sketching, and knowledge of

- Adobe Creative Suit applications is a thus. Wireframe tools and other brainstorm tools (mind
maps, notes...) is a thus.

- Knowledge about browsers, operating systems (Win, Mac, iOs, Android, WM...).

Creativity:

- Ability to think, brainstorm, propose ideas.

- Be active in thinking. Usually propose ideas to improve existent products or propose idea of new products.

- Know how to fix and improve products.

Presentation:

- Express ideas fluently, expert in using presentation tools. (Invisionapp, Powerpoint, Prezi...)

- Protect own product ability.

Logical thinking:

- Create good wireframe, good UXs.

- Able to improve UXs.

- Able to make want-to-explore UXs.

Artistic thinking:

- Good in shape and color (will be reviewed in portfolio), pixel perfect is a must.

- Able to improve UI form existent design.

- Able to make want-to-explore UIs.

Updating: General research and develop trends.

Management: Able to manage time, work, leading a team.

Experience: 1 years or over.

Mô Tả Công Việc:

- Lập kế hoạch và thực thi tất cả các hoạt động online marketing như SEO/SEM, email, mạng xã hội và quảng cáo hiển thị.

- Thiết kế, xây dựng và duy trì sự hiện diện của sản phẩm của công ty trên các mạng xã hội.

- Đo lường và báo cáo hiệu quả của tất cả các chiến dịch online marketing (ROI và KPIs).

- Cùng phối hợp với các bộ phận khác của Marketing để cùng xây dựng các chiến lược tăng trưởng.

- Lên kế hoạch, thực thi và đo lường những thử nghiệm về mức độ chuyển đổi (conversion rate).

- Phối hợp với các team khác để xây dựng các giao diện web và mobile để tối ưu hoá trải nghiệm của người dung.

- Nghiên cứu và đánh giá các công nghệ mới để hỗ trợ cho các công việc marketing.

- Phân tích chuyên sâu các số liệu khác khi có yêu cầu.

- Theo dõi và tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo.

- Theo dõi xu hướng của thị trường, nghiên cứu hành vi của người tiêu dùng và các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh.

- Hỗ trợ, thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Nắm vững kiến thức về Marketing căn bản.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm Digital Marketing từ 1 năm trở lên (chiến lược, facebook ads, google adwords...).

- Hiểu biết về dòng sản phẩm trang sức thời trang đá quý cũng như sản phẩm cho mẹ và bé, hàng công nghệ... là lợi thế.

- Năng động, sáng tạo, luôn tìm tỏi học hỏi những ý tưởng mới.

- Nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm với công việc.
